DoorDash challenged us to create an activation for Taste of Chicago, the world's largest outdoor food festival. The brief was for something family-friendly, and cool – “cool” in both meanings of the word considering we would be in the midst of a heat wave in the heart of the city.
↳ Execution
We turned Chicago’s Grant Park into a full-blown summer camp. Camp DoorDash featured everything the 1.2 million visitors to the world’s largest food festival could want. Air-conditioned tents, innovative camp games like Fishing for Burgers, and even an arts and crafts table where visitors could make and send postcards to loved ones. You name it, we had it. Debuting on the hottest day of the year, Camp DoorDash was a summer oasis at Taste of Chicago.
