Amazon enlisted us to enhance their recruitment efforts by creating a visual identity capturing the unique experience of working for the global e-commerce leader. As part of the identity, we produced assets that were not only on-brand and on-message but also multi-purpose: ready to appear on screens, paper and fabric. In addition, we delivered a comprehensive style guide for designers and other parties, outlining the rules and guidelines for the Amazon.Jobs visual identity and future uses of the assets. The visual identity was incorporated into recruitment campaigns as well as other recruitment efforts.
